I know that feeling too. Sometimes it goes away on its own. Sometimes you need to distract yourself. Sometimes I dunno what to do about it.

Mmf--I get that mood sometimes but it never lasts longer than a day or two, so I'm not sure how to help you on that one. I usually retreat into science fiction at that point.

But yay for art shows and making a documentary!! :)

My 'groove' can last for a month, it's so frustrating. But I think I'm more prone to stuff like that, because 1: psychiatric diagnosis, 2: pre-pensionist, so I don't work or go to school.... every day can pretty much be the same. Or at least feel like it.

Yeah, when my hubby's not working he faces the same problem--why even get up in the morning? I hope you find the documentary or some other project keeps you moving!!
