Good luck with all the socialising :)

Yep melting here too, even with all the windows and door open.

Thank you - it's gonna be a challenge!

Yea, the heat is unbearable... Right now the cat is locked in my bedroom and everything that can be opened IS open!!! Still hot though... dammit. Feel so guilty about locking Anubis in, but what am I supposed to do??? :-(

Yeah, I'm happy they're outgoing cats here. But won't Anubis just go take a nap?

There's actually some cool, not cold breezes coming here, I'm on the balcony in almost nothing and it's okay ;)

*Le sigh* A balcony.... *Dreams*.... Here pretty much no wind comes in. But today it's a bit cloudy, weeeee!!!!!!! Yea, Anubis takes a nap I guess when I lock him in, but I still feel bad even tho it's only for 15 minutes at a time.

Yep, the heat sucks! Luckily I've heard that it'll get better in the days to come.

Good luck with the socializing. It's tough.

Very nice picture!

Thank you!! Phew, just got home after putting up the paintings.... and I had somehow missed that I was to pay a deposit of 500 DKK.... which I don't have! Luckily they let me participate anyway, but it was embarrassing.

Yea, it's a bit cloudy today - thank god!!!!

luck is wished

And I would guess, that it took talent and work to get invited into an exhibit.

Thank you... I guess my painting skills are good enough, LOL. But most people find my art 'disturbing' and 'dark'. I don't really care though, staying true to myself is the most important thing - I don't want to paint happy jolly paintings just because it's what the crowd wants, ye know? :-)

86 degrees fahrenheit inside huh? That's pretty frigging hot. Can't you get your landlord to insulate the building better? I don't know how hot it is outside, so there might be nothing that can be done about the summer temps short of AC, but it shouldn't get that cold in the winter I'd think. I'd move to a different place when your lease is up if your landlord doesn't fix it, that sounds quite uncomfortable.

It IS really uncomfortable...... the problem is that I can't afford a new deposit for an apartment, and now I've finally 'settled down' here. Sucks.... I think there IS some talk about renovating the apartment complex, but I don't know if insulation is part of it. *Le sigh*

PS: It was 30-32 degrees celsius outside. Thank god it's a bit cloudy today.
