I do hope the vitamins will work.

And the handiart looks like quite a big thing, no wonder you must have been stressed by that.

Aww, hugs. Thanks. I hope the vitamins will work soon too... tired of being tired, hehehe.
Yea, HandiArt was pretty big. It was overwhelming to be 'on' all the time. :-)

That is so weird--a friend of mine at work was just diagnosed with a massive Vitamin B deficiency too--like you, not quite bad enough to get shots, but she's taking massive vitamin supplements to deal with the fatigue etc. Her doctor's suggestion is it was stress-related. Could that be it for you too? Esp. since skipping a period can be stress-related too, if that's not normal for you (skipping periods once or twice a year is pretty normal for me, stress or no stress ;).

(Of course "stress" is hardly a diagnosis, but it's a good motivation for deep breathing, meditation, yoga, massage, and generally yummy relaxation techniques. ;) Congrats on finishing the documentary!

Hi there!!
That's odd.... hehehe. No, usually my period it right on time, thursday morning - BAM. But I actually have a theory why my B12 levels have reached such a low point... see, I take Lanzoprazol which is a stomach acid inhibitor. And once the stomach acid isn't in the right levels, only 25% of the B12 vitamine can be absorbed!! Research is a good thing. LOL. I have been taking Lanzoprazol for 2 years, so I guess it had to happen.... no one had told me about it though. And the doctor probably doesn't realize it either. But I bet it's the actual reason. So as long as I take Lanzoprazol, I'll need B12 supplements. Mmm.... pills and more pills, *le sigh*.

You might be right about the missing period tho, could easily be stress.... I'll have to wait and see.

Thanks, yea, I'm glad I finally finished the documentary!!!

Exactly! Hehehehe. Weird that no one has told me that. The professionals MUST know I think.... maybe it's a slip-up or something. But I'm gonna tell my doc.
