I'm sorry. :( That's gotta be tough.

What was the occasion for the shoot?

Thanks, yea it's tough as hell..... hoping the regular doctor can help, because I don't have a psychiatrist anymore. We'll see at 10.40am.

I don't really remember what the occasion was, think the photographer spotted me over the web and asked if I was interested. Hehehe, this is an unedited pic by the way - but he wasn't very good. :-) But okay, it was 2005.

Sorry you're feeling lousy, though I imagine that may be normal with quitting smoking, especially with the other mental health issues you've had.

You look great in that picture.

Yea, I think quitting smoking has a lot to say here..... think the doctors underestimate the negative symptoms of stopping when you're mentally vulnerable. Yikes....

Thanx, yea, I think I was actually pretty hot back then, LOL.
Can't believe I've looked like that.... a lot has changed. :-(

Keep at it - it should get better eventually, quitting smoking is tough even in the best of times.

2005, eh? We all look different, I imagine. I gained 20 pounds since then. But then, I'm actually not sad about that weight gain, which is different I suppose from your case. Is it a health issue that caused it for you?

I have gained 30 kilogrammes since then..... it's because of my anti-psychotics and anti-depressants. And because of my mental state, which leaves me feeling apathetic.... It's incredibly hard to convince myself to start working out or eating less..... due to an eating disorder back in 1998, I still have food issues - and now have a tendency to over eat. I had managed to lose 10 kilogrammes, but gained them right back after quitting smoking. Oh, and because of the prior eating disorder I also have PCOs (Polycystic ovarie syndrome), which also causes weight gain....

So I guess I'm quite screwed weight-wise.....
