Scheme (lisp) is the most beautiful programming language I have ever had the pleasure to learn. I think I read somewhere that God wrote in lisp code, and I can't help but agree - the language is surprising in it's power yet very elegant ( Read more... )

I feel the same way about the major. I actually wish that I had done comparative literature, but it's too late now (I don't have enough language under my belt). I've decided for the most part that a double major makes sense, because English is a tiny major (7 classes if you plan it right), and I want to do a compsci honors project anyway (but I better not bomb any more tests.)
