thanks for the warn, whenever people say "dont watch that movie, its super fucked up." it makes me want to watch it to find out why. and then i usually end up liking it.

I am jealous of Harmony Korine (fucked Chloe Sevigny, is friends w/ Bjork, has recieved fan letters from Bernardo Bertolucci and Werner Herzog, blah blah directed two movies blah wrote a novel(A Crackup at the Race Riots) blah blah blah) and he annoys me. He says, "I like to cut up the books I read, and read them in a non-linear fashion" (not a direct quote, but what I remember of it), and started a project where he invoked people on the streets to beat him up, filming it all, and saying that he would die for cinema, only to quite b/c he was hospitalized.

Some of Larry Clark's photography is nice. His book Tulsa is about methamphetimine addiction. Ken Park (which is, like kids, written by Korine) looks interesting.
