So it's 28 degrees Fahrenheit outside ... below freezing ... and I have to go ride my bike into work

I UNDERSTAND!! i would not have 'made it' without a beanie, mittens, and layers.. and i would have cursed the whole way if i did make it. we should make body heat while riding our bikes..but when i arrive, my quads are still somehow frozen.
