I still haven't gotten my recovery disc from Acer. This is business day #11. I printed my debit card statement today for proof they charged me for it, and was going to call customer service to tell them the first disc got lost in the mail, please send another one, but the debit card statement says they charged me on September 13. I'm guessing that means you haven't tried Mint? Or tried and it failed?

It's still a good idea to call them now. The charge date often doesn't correspond to the transaction date, so you can continue acting under the assumption that they mailed it on the 7th, unless they tell you otherwise when you call.
