I'm back in Niskayuna, NY, after my brother and his wife were successfully hitched on August 13! I got there on Monday, and while there was plenty of behind-the-scenes drama (enough to make an entertaining movie, I think), the wedding went surprisingly well. It will eventually get amazing, but don't count on the amazingness for the first semester. It might come, but not necessarily in the first few months. If you are in the Sharkey/Salvin class, though, your life as a liberal will be complete and beautiful. Badminton will remain amazing and when I come back I will be sure to sneak into your class. Maybe Liz will come too and I can play against my favorite opponents. I will miss you muchly when I have to watch West Wing by myself. If ever I am in Nisky on a Wednesday, I plan on visiting you.

West Wing isn't on Wednesday anymore. Word on the street is that they moved it to Sunday night.

Thank you! I know it'll be amazing just because of Salvin and Sharkey, but I'm hoping for super-duper amazing, but that can work too.

WHAT?! they changed it to sunday?! night?! that's the absolutelyest worst time for anything on television! oh wait. not on high school schedule anymore. remind everyone not to kill themselves first semester, and it usu. gets better after that. chuck peppers at warrior for me.
