There's a job open at the DHS as a policy coordinator for a person with a B.A. and half a year of job experience--33,000 a year. drug test, but i think if i stopped smoking today i could pass it by the time i had to take it. there's also a position at the department of arkansas heritage as a museum guide and researcher. we'll see, we'll see.

museum work is slow-moving (in the sense of moving up in the ladder and getting better positions and more lucrative offerings) but I love it.

I knew a girl that used to work at the Old State House museum as a period actress; I think she was a generic frontier-era housewife or something, bustling around the kitchen and whatnot.

What would you do at DHS? Maybe you should work for Homeland Security instead. I personally would feel safer knowing you're tracking our domestic flights and patrolling our borders.
