it's verrrry late/early. i have not slept yet. i must rise early in the morn because Devi does that and she's not old enough for me to grunt at and wave off with commands of "get your own cereal". i have a huge test on wednesday in linear regression. LINEAR FUCKING REGRESSION ( Read more... )

Yanna...I'm telling you...if you need to sell the tickets, I guarantee you you could do it quick & easy today or tomorrow. *I* would definitely not have any hard feelings, especially considering that (a) I totally forgot about the existence of the concert until, uh, FRIDAY, (b) I am up to my fuckin eyebrows in work and stress and sleep deprivation (sound familiar?), and (c) you could make a shitload of flow from those babies!!

Do what you need to do ~ be responsible ~ but also do what you want. Cathy's conflicting message of the day. Cha.

no no no!! i wanna go, and i think it will a nice break, i'm just always exhuasted, you know that. plus i don't even have the time/energy/will to even look for somebody else who wants the tickets, y'know?

but if you're fuckin' busy and it's not good for your schedule i'm sure i can find somebody else to go. don't think i'm pressuring you into it (COME COME COME) althought i'd love to have you there. i mean, hell, if it was a week later it would be seven eight some years to the date of our first U2 concert. Crazy.

but yeah, if it's bad for you lemme know, i'll drag somebody else, but if your'e down, i'm pickin you up circa five thirty. i figured i'd drop dev's off at my mom's since we'll be going that way anyway, we can grab dinner with her if you don't mind? shit, we'll be passin' right by Lahser, how's that for a fuckin trip. shiver, shake, ack.

awwww hell YES to my class being canceled! that shit NEVER happens, let alone when (1) we have a fuckin PAPER due, and (2) I needed to skip anyway!

if you had asked me, 8 years ago (almost exactly), if I could imagine myself driving past Lahser, from Ann Arbor, with you and your daughter, on our way to a U2 concert, both of us exhausted from grad school life...I think i would have laughed my ass off. :) I can't wait!
