First a brief summary.  Work cracked down on everyone for being late, and a lot of mess ups.  That's good because now everyone is messing up less.  I kinda got promoted, but lost that.  I could blame it on the fact there was no training, but I'm not sure I am manager material.  I'm too quick to get my back up and be defensive.  Still have my job

Turning into a hermit - or not - is your choice. If you can't muster up any motivation to avoid hermit-dom, that's a path you've elected to take.

Life is more complicated than that. There's some things that are just beyond your control. I hate making friends only to lose them and I've lost a lot of friends. I'll sort my head out eventually.
