Less Cool

Today at woek one of my e-mails was given the unfortunate title "U-2 Needs". I thought that the entire corporate world would only stop to satisfy the needs of Prince but here we are and even The Edge can invade my cubicle with his power cords and stupid beard. The world has grown colder without becoming any more cool.

Ha ha. I want to see Bono competing for sound-space with all of the other wankers in the guitar demo room.

I just think it's really funny that U2 buys gear from your employer. I'd think that:
1. they already have more gear than god and don't need anymore (yeah, right, nobody ever has enough gear).
2. they'd buy their stuff from somebody more "elite" or something

I guess you can never get enough gear in the never ending quest for sweet tone.
