Waking up frightened

I woke up scared and confused today in the car of a friend driving me home after a move. This is not what I'm going to talk about. What I'm going to talk about is something that I learned from this. It seems o me, all of a sudden that at the core of every single person there resides a "negative" emotion that everybody taps when the going gets tough
