Duhh.... what does the square root of -22 have to do with baked goods?

I believe the designer tried to be creative when drawing the '№' sign. (I've made this photo about a week ago using my mobile phone; the bus stop with this signboard is located in Moscow).

The bus stop is one of the two marked on this map. I forgot which one, but they are only 200m apart, you can check both. ;-)
