If you have a filter running 24/7 and you've used tablets and drops, you have a problem. You should remove your remaining fish and empty ALL the water out and start over. A general rule of thumb is when problems like excessive algae start happening, you should "re-set up your tank" and leave it set without any fish in it for like 2-3 days, while your fish are safe in a bowl or some substantial amount of space until they can return to their tank
