Well, seeing as how I need to be up at like 6 in the morning I should really be in bed but I tried and that didn't work out so well. I am agitated and awake and I don't really know why. I'm not pissed off per se but I am in a very strange mood and I can feel a lot of energy and such needing to be dissipated. For me the best way to get that out

Maybe you could get you a home gym thing so you can lift weights up in your den area or something?
