Knitting
Have been knitting for my friends in Australia. It's N's 5th birthday in a couple of weeks so I knitted him a jumper, which I'm really pleased with:
(Click on the photo for bigger, and to get a better idea of the colours) I really like this jumper. I think the collar will mean it is really warm, and the colours in the yarn are lovely - the photo really doesn't do them justice.
His parents then requested hats for themselves (with it being winter in the state of Victoria and really not very warm), so I used some of the yarn in my stash and a couple of basic patterns which I customised, and came up with these:
Very pleased with them, which I shall now package up and send off round the world!
