You know how some fighters stop and take off their big-ass swords before going into Court? I never thought I'd have that problem. I might forget and leave a belt knife on, but I'm not a fighter so no sword problems, right? Saturday, I had to divest myself of a bass viola da gamba and bow rather suddenly because I have no idea how to kneel holding

Somewhat ironically, I had tried to point out that if you weren't called in as Matilda of Carolingia, you might not come up, but somehow that got lost in the shuffle. I didn't find out you were on the hit list until just before go time, or I might have tried to warn you.

Though, yes, a surname would probably help. :)
