Pep has been fighting respiratory ick of one kind or another for quite a while now. He's had three kinds of antibiotics and his lungs sound okay, but he clearly has something going on in his nose. That's hard. Seeing them suffer and doing all you can and they still suffer. I think you'll know if/when it's time. Sounds like he's just really ill, but not completely given up on life. 'Miraculous' recoveries do happen. Hope it turns out well.
