I find it funny she didn't show up for her own hearing if it was so important to her. Maybe she realized she couldn't win.

I was hoping she'd come to her senses and realize either 1.) that her case really was inane, since you can't copyright *concepts*, only the execution thereof; or 2.) that she was biting off more than she could chew by going after the Wachowski Brothers and James Cameron, who probably had more aggressive attorneys representing them.
