awesome! that "tuna" salad looks really, really tasty. I am a freaking addict when it comes to any kind of salad such as egg salad, potato salad, macaroni salad...anything starchy and smeared in mayonnaise, really. I do eat eggs so I've never tried the vegan-style mayo but I just might have to now. My arteries would probably thank me.

Oh man, Vegenaise is so good I promise. At least, I'm definitely more excited about mayo than when I wasn't vegan and that has to mean something? When I first discovered it, I went through an entire jar for one week's worth of sandwiches. And I wondered why I gained so much weight that summer...

I am definitely going to be giving those wontons a shot this year.

No one would ever know they were with my tiny Canon Powershot. It took awhile, but I finally realized the trick was to turn it onto macro and shoot with no flash and a steady hand. I have a bright moveable light in the kitchen I shine on it for extra lighting, which helps.
