Seconded! I bought some of the smoky tarry tea from them, and all the time people walk past my desk "Is something burning?" "It's my tea." Yum! liquid campfire. :D

...sadly, i have a recipe for that.
do you have a place where you can get the large tapioca pearls and instant coconut milk (note: the cans of coconut creme are for COOKING ONLY, i'll get you the name of the brand I use)?
you have to get a large pot of water up to a ROILING BOILING temperature - then you drop the tapioca pearls and stir vigorously to keep them from clumping up. remove when the pearls are clear to the center and put aside. the lady at the Ten Ren bubble tea parlour in chinatown says that if your water isn't hot enough, all your tapioca pearls stick together and you get gooo.
anyway, then double-brew some black or green tea and use a 1:1 ratio with your cocount milk. you do not have to add sweetener if you don't want to, the cocount milk makes it sweet. add tapioca pearls and consume with alacrity!

Yeah I think they have them in the asian market. The problem I had was making the tea component (as in I didn't know how to make it sweet but coconut milk makes sense).
Awesome. Thanks for that!
Will prolly try that now!

the key to really good iced tea is that you have to double-brew it. this is hard to accomplish if you don't have convenient starbucks-geared equipment ("add teabag, add enough water just to cover the bag, remove bag after 5 min brewing, fill the rest of the pitcher with water" doesn't work at home). i find that putting two teabags into a mug, covering them with hot water for 5 minutes, removing the bags, filling the mug to the halfway mark by adding cold water, and adding the coconut milk until the cup is full works. husbeast and i make this when we feel industrious.
