Mutter was cool, but it is a little off the path from the other touristy things in Philly. If you go, hit South St. It's Philly's attempt to get the Village on one street.

as far as I can tell, there are now whole districts of Philly that are like the Village. or, more accurately, Chelsea or Christopher street area. posh posh posh!
