Yeah but doesn't Sarnia get a lot of Lake effect snow that would make Toronto call the army 10 times over? I see Detroit tv stations with snow advisories and such.

I think the best place to live is on the west coast...they never get any snow

It isn't the places right beside the lake that are seriously affected with all the snow. The places more inland get all the snow. Sarnia doesn't get much colder than -15C. It is -1C right now and we have no snow on the ground.
