Summary: When his boyfriend breaks with him with just a message, all the world around him collapses for Ohno. He loses his reason to live and just wishes one thing: dying. But Ohno meets Jun, a mysterious and beautiful man. Ohno falls in love with him at first sight but he doesn't know Jun hides a terrible secret that could kill him...
Chapter 15: Break-down
Jun rushed in the room, Ohno following him.
"Yoko, where are they?" Jun snapped.
"Calm down Jun-kun. They are here." The wizard showed his friends on the sofa. Both seemed to sleep deeply.
"Don't tell me you have..."
"I did. They wanted to remember and it was the only way."
"It's too dangerous, they could stay stuck in this dimension, mostly Masaki because he is still weak!"
"I don't think so. They are strong and Sho is here to protect Aiba." Yoko said calmly.
"Send me there!" Jun ordered.
"No, Jun. It's their memories, you can't interfere, trust them."
"Alright but if they don't come back before tomorrow, you'll send me and I won't ask for you agreement!"
"Of course." Yoko chuckled. "So, this the famous Ohno Satoshi, you've grown up. You have your mother's eyes."
"I... You know me?" Ohno blinked.
"Of course. I've hold you in my arms when you were only two months old. Your mother asked me to create a spell to protect you as long as possible." Yoko smiled.
"I see. Can you tell me about her?"
"I can show you!"
"Yoko!" Jun snapped.
"What? He deserves it."
"It's too dangerous!"
"He is strong enough!" Yoko replied.
"Can you explain?" Ohno raised his eyebrows in disbelief.
"If Yoko sends you into your past, you could stay stuck in your memories." Jun explained.
"But I want to see my parents!"
"No. I'm sorry Satoshi but I can't allow that, I don't want to lose you." Jun shook his head.
"But..."
"There is another way." Yoko suddenly said.
"Eh?"
"As he is alone, I can use another technical. I can show him myself. But it won't be long."
"How will you do?" Jun asked. Yoko smiled and standing up, walked toward his desk and took a flask.
"Drink this, I'll do the last part."
"Okay." Ohno held out his hand but Jun stopped him.
"Maybe it's also dangerous."
"Jun, I love you but now, if you don't release me, I swear I'll say things I don't mean. I need to see what happened." Jun finally nodded. "I'll be okay." Ohno cupped Jun's face to kiss his lover deeply.
"Be careful." Jun whispered between their lips.
"Yes." Ohno smiled. The older drank his flask before collapsing in Jun's arms.
"Perfect." A black flame appeared around Yoko's hand and the wizard put it on Ohno's forehead with closed eyes.
Ohno looked around him with surprised eyes. He was in a big garden with an old castle in the middle. A laugh made him jump and turning his head, the young man saw a baby trying to stand up on his two tiny and shaking legs.
"You can do it my love!" A woman clapped her hands, opening her arms to the baby who giggled happily and made a first step. "Come on Satoshi-baby." The baby giggled again and after another step, fell in the woman's arms who hugged him tightly. She was beautiful. She had long brown hair shining with the sun, a kind smile and two wonderful eyes as blue as the sea where you wanted to dive.
"Mom?" Ohno gasped. The woman raised her eyes, her mouth fallen opened with shock.
"Satoshi?" She gasped.
"M-om." She put her baby on the blanket and opened her arms where Ohno ran, hugging her with despair and bursting into tears.
"Satoshi..."
"Mom!!" Ohno cried loudly.
"My baby. You've grown up, you're so beautiful my love." The woman sobbed.
"How? What? Mom, why?" Ohno cried uncontrollably.
"It's a long story. Let's go inside we don't have much time together, Yoko-chan won't be able to keep the spell very long." Ohno's mother took her baby in her arms and Ohno's hand.
"Where is papa?"
"Inside." Keiko smiled, kissing Ohno's temple.
"Satoshi?" Ohno's father gasped.
"Papa!" Ohno hugged him tightly with happiness.
"It's time for him to learn the truth." Keiko sighed, sitting on the sofa with her family.
"You have lots of questions I guess." Keiko whispered, Ohno coming in her arms.
"Yes."
"As Kazu-chan told you, he is your familiar spirit, his mission was to protect you when we weren't here. In Redemption, there are two worlds. The vampire's world and the angel's. We live together in peace to keep an harmony but aren't allowed to be with each other. I was from the angel's side as Kazu told you. My mother was leading our world and I was meant to succeed her. But one day, I met your father as I was healing an animal. We fell in love immediately." Keiko grinned, Ohno's father kissing her hand lovingly.
"Your mother was the most beautiful woman I had ever seen and her kindness made me look at the world differently." Ohno's father chuckled.
"We saw each other in secret for some months but I got pregnant. Our relationship was forbidden and we ran away from our homes. We were living hidden but were so happy because there was the proof of our love inside my belly." Keiko kissed her son's nose lovingly. "When you born, we understood you had a part of us in you. Your blue eyes like mine and your father's fangs. You were so adorable with your chubby cheeks and your black hair. You grew up quickly, Kazu and you were like twins always together even to sleep. But at your 19 years old, everything changed. You met Jun and created this bond between you two. But when he drank your blood, Gackt smelt your scent and found us. As he was too occupied with Jun's death, he didn't notice you, that's why it gave us some time. We asked Kazunari to hide you despite his begs, we stayed in the castle to prevent Gackt to find you. As you know, Gackt is the most powerful vampire of Redemption if you don't count Jun and killed us."
"Why did he want me?"
"Because you were the forbidden and you were a risk for him."
"Why?"
"As you have vampire and angel's blood in your veins. You are powerful, Satoshi, very powerful and Gackt couldn't take the risk to have you alive because his plan was to lead Redemption completely, including the angel's world. Plus, your father and me were in a forbidden relationship, so, everybody wanted our death."
"Your mother..."
"She disowned me. I think my death was her dream."
"Why don't I remember anything?"
"I sealed your memories to protect you and asked Kazu to take you in the human's world to let you have a normal life." Keiko stroked her son's cheek delicately.
"I thought you had abandoned me..." Ohno whispered.
"I know baby but we wanted to protect you. We never left you, we always were there to look after you. I'm so proud of you." Keiko kissed Satoshi's cheek lovingly.
"I missed you so much!" Ohno sobbed.
"We know, babe. We miss you too."
"Satoshi, you have to be strong, don't abandon Jun, he needs you and even if you miss us, try to move on." Ohno's father smiled sadly.
"We love you more than anything sweetheart and your happiness is our first priority, build your life with Jun-kun." Kioko grinned.
"I... I will miss you so much..." Ohno sobbed.
"We know dear but it was our time to leave this world and even if we aren't with you physically, we will always protect you from where we are."
"I have a question... My powers?"
"You will discover fully your powers when it will be the right moment, yet, if you want to use your fangs, don't think about it, let it go and you'll feel it growing by themselves." Ohno's father explained.
"I want to stay with you."
"The spell is fading away, my love, you won't be able to see us in some minutes. We love you sweetheart, don't forget it." Keiko whispered fighting against her owns tears. She raised her hand, a blue flame shining around it and touched her son's forehead. "I give you your whole memories back my love." Ohno blinked but soon cried loudly when his past life started to come back in his mind.
"We are so proud of what you are, son. Stay yourself, don't give up even when you think everything is lost. Be strong and fight for Jun and your friends." Ohno's father hugged his son.
"It's time Satoshi. Be careful and say hello to Jun and mostly Kazu. Tell him he did his best and we are grateful for taking care of you all these years. We don't regret anything. Our biggest wish is to see you living in happiness. I love you my baby." Keiko hugged her son tightly and put a silver necklace around Ohno's neck. It was a heart with the photo of him when he was a baby with his parents hugging him. "It will help you to be strong, we will always be with you and it will protect you."
"I love you too mom." Ohno cried, gripping her dress with despair when his vision blurred and everything became dark.
"Satoshi, come back, love, open your eyes." Ohno moaned and with a last effort, opened his eyes to see his beautiful Half's eyes looking at him worriedly.
"Jun?"
"Yes babe. I'm here." Ohno jumped in his arms and started to cry loudly, gripping Jun's shirt with despair.
"Hey, what's wrong baby?"
"I have seen them... My parents... I... I hugged them and kissed my mother..." Ohno took the necklace in his hand, opening it.
"It's a beautiful necklace." Jun touched it softly.
"Yes. The last memory of them..." Ohno whispered.
"No, Satoshi. The last memories of them that you have are here." Jun touched Ohno's heart.
"Mama tells you "hello"."
"She was an amazing woman." Jun smiled.
"How do you know her?"
"It's a long story, I'll tell you later." Jun stated.
"For Masaki and Sho?"
"They are still stuck in their memories, we have to wait." Yoko said.

"Hello Sho-chan."
"Gackt..." Sho pushed his boyfriend behind him in a protective way.
"I've finally found your precious monster." The vampire smirked.
"I won't let you harm him!" Sho hissed, his red eyes shining dangerously.
"I don't care, it will be easy to kill this error." Gackt chuckled.
"He isn't dangerous I promise!" Sho whispered.
"You can't know. He is the result of a sin between one of our brother and this whore!" Gackt snapped.
"My mother isn't a whore!" Aiba yelled, anger overwhelming his body and green flames surrounding his hands.
"See, he can't even control his powers. It will be quick, Sho, I promise he won't feel anything." Gacky smiled.
"Fuck you Gackt!" Sho spitted.
"Alright, you don't leave me the choice." Gackt sighed but at the moment he made a step toward them, Aiba screamed and pushed Sho away, electricity hitting his body.
"Masaki!!!!" Sho screamed, rushing toward his lover on the ground. "You'll pay for that bastard!" The vampire yelled, fire surrounding his arms, Sho hit Gackt violently.
"You're stronger than before my dear." Gackt smirked, hissing in pain. The older grabbed Sho's neck, tightening his grip around him. Sho coughed but raised his arm and burnt Gackt's arm, making him yell in pain and release his grip.
"You are going to pay for that!" Gackt snapped, waves of electricity appearing around his hands.
"Ani, stop that!" A young voice implored.
"Jun, get out of here!" Gackt shouted when his 15 years old brother ran toward him.
"Aniki, please, Aiba-san isn't dangerous!" Jun implored.
"It's none of your business, get out, I don't want to hurt you!"
"Please Ani, don't harm them!" Jun tried to take Gackt's arm and screamed in pain when electricity crossed his body.
"Jun!" Gackt yelled but Sho punched him roughly.
"Sho-kun, leave!" Aiba's parents appeared next to their son.
"But..."
"Save Masaki, protect him, protect my son please! We can let you some time but Gackt is too strong." Hanako implored while her husband was fighting against the vampire.
"Alright." Sho nodded and lifting Aiba in his arms.
"Leave Redemption with him." Hanako said.
"What?!"
"Go to Earth, I've prepared a spell with Yoko-chan. It will erase Masaki's memories and will let him live like a normal human."
"I refuse to leave him!" Sho snapped.
"Sho!" Sho jumped, seeing his mother appearing with his father. "Your mission is to protect you mate, save Masaki. You'll be together again but not now. For the moment, you have to save him, don't be selfish!" Sho's mother shouted.
"Yoko will join you on earth, he will give you the spell. Masaki won't remember anything and when the moment will come, you'll see him again. This day, bite him and he will start to find his powers but you will have to find Yoko to make him remember. I know it's hard for you dear but do it for us and for Masaki. He is your mate, protect him!" Hanako implored.
"Alright." Sho nodded.
"We will hold back Gackt but you haven't much time son, hurry up!" Sho's father said.
Sho looked a last time at his family and Aiba's parents, knowing it would be the last time he will see them.
"We are proud of you, Sho." His father smiled before his son disappeared with Aiba.
The landscape changed and the two lovers saw young Sho entering a house with Aiba still in his arms.
"I was waiting for you." Yoko smiled from his sofa.
"You have something for Aiba." Sho mumbled.
"Yes." The wizard walked toward them, a box in his hands. "It will seal his powers and erase his memories. When it will be the right moment, you will make him remember." Yoko opened the box, a black cloud leaving it. The spell invaded Aiba's body slowly.
"I'll find you again once I will have killed Gackt." Sho kissed his lover's lips but Yoko hit him and everything became dark.

Sho gasped, opening his eyes.
"Masaki!!!" The vampire screamed but Aiba opened his eyes slowly.
"Sho-chan?"
"I... Masaki..." Sho wrapped Aiba in his arms, hugging him tightly.
"I remember everything." Aiba cried. "They are dead... Gackt killed them this day..." The Naiad sobbed.
"I know babe. You have to be strong."
"How do you feel?" Yoko asked softly.
"You!" Sho punched Yoko's face roughly.
"Sho, are you crazy!" Jun shouted.
"How did you dare to hit me this night!" Sho yelled, ignoring his brother.
"I had to. Order from your parents. They knew you would try to kill Gackt and asked me to erase your memories." Yoko sighed.
"I... I..." Sho stammered.
"You don't realize he would have killed you! He killed four strong vampires and you escaped just because Jun came this day." Yoko explained. "Without Jun, you two would be dead."
"Why Gackt didn't kill Aiba after?"
"Because he was human, he couldn't feel his powers and his presence. It was Hanako's plan to protect her son."
"Why didn't he kill me after?"
"Sho, think about it. You came back without any memories, ready to serve Gackt. He wasn't stupid, a strong vampire like you by his side was better than killing you." Yoko smiled. "It was your mother's plan. Everything was planned to protect you two and they knew you would find each other again."
"You saved us this day..." Sho looked at Jun with grateful eyes.
"I knew already where my home was." Jun smiled, hugging Sho.
"But now, we have to confront Gackt. He will try to take Jun back." Sho sighed.
"You have to protect Jun from that, if Gackt wakes up the dark side of Jun, everything is over, Redemption and Earth won't survive to that." Yoko said.
"We will fight together." Jun took Ohno's hand.
"No, you..."
"Stop your lame orders, Sho. I won't stay here like a good housewife while my friends and my Half are fighting against my crazy brother." Jun cut Sho off.
"Alright, stupid stubborn princess." Sho sighed, avoiding Jun's slap.
"We need some training to control Satoshi and Masaki's powers." Jun smiled.
"You can train in my place." A voice chuckled.
"Kazu!" Ohno jumped in Nino's arms, the familiar kissing his cheek happily.
"Oi!" Jun grabbed his lover's arm to wrap him in his arms.
"J is jealous!" Nino smirked but his smile faded away when Jun collapsed on his knees, holding his head and screaming.
"Jun, what's happening?!" Ohno panicked.
Jun raised his head, his eyes shining dangerously.
"Fuck, Gackt is taking control of him!!!" Yoko yelled, pushing Ohno away before Jun could hit him.
Will we be able to protect each other until the end...

"Masaki!!!!" Sho screamed, rushing toward his lover on the ground. "You'll pay for that bastard!" The vampire yelled, fire surrounding his arms, Sho hit Gackt violently.
"You're stronger than before my dear." Gackt smirked, hissing in pain. The older grabbed Sho's neck, tightening his grip around him. Sho coughed but raised his arm and burnt Gackt's arm, making him yell in pain and release his grip.
"You are going to pay for that!" Gackt snapped, waves of electricity appearing around his hands.
"Ani, stop that!" A young voice implored.
"Jun, get out of here!" Gackt shouted when his 15 years old brother ran toward him.
"Aniki, please, Aiba-san isn't dangerous!" Jun implored.
"It's none of your business, get out, I don't want to hurt you!"
"Please Ani, don't harm them!" Jun tried to take Gackt's arm and screamed in pain when electricity crossed his body.
"Jun!" Gackt yelled but Sho punched him roughly.
"Sho-kun, leave!" Aiba's parents appeared next to their son.
"But..."
"Save Masaki, protect him, protect my son please! We can let you some time but Gackt is too strong." Hanako implored while her husband was fighting against the vampire.
"Alright." Sho nodded and lifting Aiba in his arms.
"Leave Redemption with him." Hanako said.
"What?!"
"Go to Earth, I've prepared a spell with Yoko-chan. It will erase Masaki's memories and will let him live like a normal human."
"I refuse to leave him!" Sho snapped.
"Sho!" Sho jumped, seeing his mother appearing with his father. "Your mission is to protect you mate, save Masaki. You'll be together again but not now. For the moment, you have to save him, don't be selfish!" Sho's mother shouted.
"Yoko will join you on earth, he will give you the spell. Masaki won't remember anything and when the moment will come, you'll see him again. This day, bite him and he will start to find his powers but you will have to find Yoko to make him remember. I know it's hard for you dear but do it for us and for Masaki. He is your mate, protect him!" Hanako implored.
"Alright." Sho nodded.
"We will hold back Gackt but you haven't much time son, hurry up!" Sho's father said.
Sho looked a last time at his family and Aiba's parents, knowing it would be the last time he will see them.
"We are proud of you, Sho." His father smiled before his son disappeared with Aiba.
The landscape changed and the two lovers saw young Sho entering a house with Aiba still in his arms.
"I was waiting for you." Yoko smiled from his sofa.
"You have something for Aiba." Sho mumbled.
"Yes." The wizard walked toward them, a box in his hands. "It will seal his powers and erase his memories. When it will be the right moment, you will make him remember." Yoko opened the box, a black cloud leaving it. The spell invaded Aiba's body slowly.
"I'll find you again once I will have killed Gackt." Sho kissed his lover's lips but Yoko hit him and everything became dark.

Sho gasped, opening his eyes.
"Masaki!!!" The vampire screamed but Aiba opened his eyes slowly.
"Sho-chan?"
"I... Masaki..." Sho wrapped Aiba in his arms, hugging him tightly.
"I remember everything." Aiba cried. "They are dead... Gackt killed them this day..." The Naiad sobbed.
"I know babe. You have to be strong."
"How do you feel?" Yoko asked softly.
"You!" Sho punched Yoko's face roughly.
"Sho, are you crazy!" Jun shouted.
"How did you dare to hit me this night!" Sho yelled, ignoring his brother.
"I had to. Order from your parents. They knew you would try to kill Gackt and asked me to erase your memories." Yoko sighed.
"I... I..." Sho stammered.
"You don't realize he would have killed you! He killed four strong vampires and you escaped just because Jun came this day." Yoko explained. "Without Jun, you two would be dead."
"Why Gackt didn't kill Aiba after?"
"Because he was human, he couldn't feel his powers and his presence. It was Hanako's plan to protect her son."
"Why didn't he kill me after?"
"Sho, think about it. You came back without any memories, ready to serve Gackt. He wasn't stupid, a strong vampire like you by his side was better than killing you." Yoko smiled. "It was your mother's plan. Everything was planned to protect you two and they knew you would find each other again."
"You saved us this day..." Sho looked at Jun with grateful eyes.
"I knew already where my home was." Jun smiled, hugging Sho.
"But now, we have to confront Gackt. He will try to take Jun back." Sho sighed.
"You have to protect Jun from that, if Gackt wakes up the dark side of Jun, everything is over, Redemption and Earth won't survive to that." Yoko said.
"We will fight together." Jun took Ohno's hand.
"No, you..."
"Stop your lame orders, Sho. I won't stay here like a good housewife while my friends and my Half are fighting against my crazy brother." Jun cut Sho off.
"Alright, stupid stubborn princess." Sho sighed, avoiding Jun's slap.
"We need some training to control Satoshi and Masaki's powers." Jun smiled.
"You can train in my place." A voice chuckled.
"Kazu!" Ohno jumped in Nino's arms, the familiar kissing his cheek happily.
"Oi!" Jun grabbed his lover's arm to wrap him in his arms.
"J is jealous!" Nino smirked but his smile faded away when Jun collapsed on his knees, holding his head and screaming.
"Jun, what's happening?!" Ohno panicked.
Jun raised his head, his eyes shining dangerously.
"Fuck, Gackt is taking control of him!!!" Yoko yelled, pushing Ohno away before Jun could hit him.
Will we be able to protect each other until the end...
