I opened my eyes and smiled, seeing Sato's face in my neck, our fingers linked and our legs tangled. I pushed him away delicately, trying not to wake him up. When I passed next to the mirror of the living room, I saw my eyes were red and swollen with big shadows under it. Yawning, I took a glass of juice and leaned against the wall, Satoshi's face shining in my mind, getting a smile on my face. I was deep in my thoughts and jumped when two arms wrapped my waist and a chubby sleepy face appeared in front of me.
"Ohayou..." Ohno whispered.
"Ohayou, babe." My hand traveled in his soft long black hair and I brought our lips in a deep kiss, our hands stroking each other's body with love. Ohno hugged me a moment before pulling away with a weird smile.
"What's wrong?" I asked softly, pushing the bangs out of his face.
"How does it feel when you know you are stealing your best friend's boyfriend?" Ohno chuckled.
I froze. What the fuck?! It wasn't like Ohno asking me that.
"Excuse me?" I raised my eyebrows in disbelief.

"Or what? You're so pathetic, Ninomiya Kazunari!" Ohno smirked and, taking off the knife, lifted his arm up and sank it in my throat, making me scream.

"Kazu, please!"
I froze. I was on top of Satoshi, a knife on his throat, blood rolling down his skin. He was crying loudly and I pulled away quickly, throwing the knife away.
"Satoshi... I'm...so...sorry." I stammered.
"Kazu..." Ohno tried to take my hand but I pushed him away and ran in the bathroom, locking myself up.
"Kazunari!!" Ohno knocked on the door.
"Leave me alone!" I cried.
"Kazu, I'm not afraid nor angry, I know you were making a crisis." Ohno said.
"I'm so sorry, Satoshi." I sobbed and climbed in the shower, still wearing my clothes when the water touched my body.
"Kazu, please, open the door!" Ohno cried.
I sat on the ground, shivering because of the coldness of the water. It was enough. I was pissed off my night terrors. Again, I almost harmed one of my friend. Again, I hurt someone I loved. Why? Why did I make my family suffer? They deserved so much better...
Suddenly, a pain crossed my head and I grabbed it with my hands, screaming in pain.
"Kazu?!" I heard Satoshi yelling my name but I fell on the ground, my head almost exploding in pain.
"Please, stop that!" I cried to myself, shivering in fear.
Ten years ago...
"Kazu?" Jun asked to the older who was playing with his DS.
"Hun?"
"No. Nothing. Forget." Jun mumbled, looking at the book in his hands. He wasn't really reading, just trying to occupy his mind. Staying in an orphan was often bored. Nino sighed and put his DS on the table before climbing on the younger's lap. "Hey, what are you doing?!" Jun protested.
"Trying to make you tell me what's wrong." Nino smirked.
"I'm fine." Jun replied.
"Really?" Nino smiled, kissing the younger's neck.
"Y-es." Jun gasped when the older licked his sweet spot under his ear.

"It wasn't my fault, bastard!!" Nino screamed and I screamed in pain when the knife cut my skin.
"Kazu!!!" I shouted, trying to push him away.
"NOOO!!!" Nino screamed when I hit his chest to stop the knife.
"Kazu, please!" I cried, hitting his face. Nino blinked and stopped, looking at the knife in his hand and the blood on my throat.
"I'm...so...sorry, Satoshi..." Nino stammered but pulled away when I tried to catch his arm. Before I could react, he locked himself up in the bathroom. Despite my calls, he didn't opened the door and I could hear him crying before the sound of the shower gagged his sobs.
"Moshi mosh..."
"Jun, I need you now!" I cried in my phone.
"Eh? Calm down, Satoshi, what's wrong?" Jun asked worriedly.
"It's Kazu..." I sobbed.
"I'm here in five minutes." Jun replied before I could explain him the situation.
When I opened the door and saw Jun, I jumped in his arms, bursting into tears. Jun stroked my hair softly and made me sit down on the sofa.
"What happened, dear? Your throat..." Jun's eyes widened in front of the cut, pushing my bangs away from my wet face.
"Kazu...he..."
"Calm down, take a deep breath, I'm here."
"He made a crisis and tried to cut my throat with a knife. I told him I wasn't angry nor afraid but he didn't listen to me." I whispered.
"Where is he?"
"In the bathroom. He doesn't want to open the door."
"Shit!!" Jun exclaimed, his face blanking before he ran toward the bathroom.
"Jun?"
"There is your shave inside and I'm afraid he would harm himself..."
"I..."
"Kazu, baby, it's me, Jun. Open the door, please." Jun asked but there was no answer.
"Kazu!" I knocked on the door.
"Kazunari, open this door now before I catch your ass with my own hands!" Jun yelled.
"Jun, do something!" I begged, crying.
"Get back." Jun whispered before throwing himself on the door. After another effort, the door slammed opened and Jun rushed inside. Kazu was on the ground, cold water falling on his body.
"Kazunari!" Jun kneeled on the ground and lifted Nino's body in his arms before running in the bedroom. "How long did he stay under the water?"
"I don't know. I tried to make him open the door but..." I threw a look on the clock. "Almost 50 minutes."
"He is burning." Jun whispered when he stroked Nino's forehead. "I'll stay with him."
"But..."
"Listen, Satoshi. Kazunari is my brother, I know him by heart and I'm sorry but you don't know how to react when he acts like that." Jun cut me off.
"I know him too."
"You don't know half of his pain nor what he went through."
"Then, tell me, Jun. Tell me what happened to him, I don't bear seeing him like that!" I gripped his shirt with despair.
"I can't. You're not his boyfriend and I'm not in the right to tell you. Satoshi, I don't think it's a good idea to keep this kind of relationship, it's unhealthy."
"What do you mean?" I frowned when Jun bit his lip.
"You two are suffering. You are destroying yourself staying with Kazunari when Sho is the only one in your heart. You are destroying Kazunari by acting like that just because of your pity."
"I don't feel any pity for him!" I snapped angrily.
"Then, why are you staying with him?" I kept silent, not knowing what to say. "Satoshi, Kazu has a very heavy past and he needs to be loved not to be used to fill your emptiness." Jun said softly.
I think even a slap would have been less painful than his words. It broke my heart hearing this reality.
"I need him..." I stammered.
"Why? Satoshi, you know how much I love you but I have to protect Kazunari. He is and will stay the first priority in my life."
"I don't know. I can't explain it myself. I... I need him by my side. I can't lose him... I'm lost." I cried.
"I think it would be a good thing if you left this place for a moment. Try to understand your feelings and leave Kazunari alone for a while, you two are destroying yourself too much." Jun said softly.
I nodded, tears rolling down my cheeks. I knew he was right and after taking my belongings, I closed the door of the apartment, maybe forever...
