Ohmiya will come in the next part :)

Part 1:

"Jun, you're going to be late, honey!" Sho called from the living room while taking his beeper that was now ringing for 1 minute. Being the best surgeon of Sakura's hospital was sometimes hard. Sometimes he would get some hours of sleep and sometimes he wouldn't even sit once in the day. His work was his reason to live. Well, with his 17 years old son, Jun. It was hard to deal with both his work and his son but Sho always managed to put Jun in priority. They were very close since Jun hadn't his mother and the young boy loved to come at his father's hospital as he wanted to become a pediatrician.

Sho had met Jun's mother when he was 15 years old. He had fallen in love at first sight. Rika and he had started to date and Sho had already planned to propose her when they would be hold enough. For him, she was the good one. He lost his virginity with her at 16 years old and nothing could spoil their love. But with time, she started to act weirdly and three months later, Rika left him without a word. Sho was destroyed. His girlfriend had crashed his heart like an insect and he discovered that the girl had run away with someone else. She had cheated on him. She had betrayed him and his trust for her. But 8 months later, he had found the girl in front of his door with a 3 months old baby in her arms. She had given it to him, saying she it was his and she couldn't raise him with her new lover and would abandon him in the street if he didn't take it.
Of course, Sho could have refused and could have left the baby to an orphan. After all, he was only 16 years old and will soon start his studies to become a doctor. But when he had lowered his eyes and had met the baby's eyes, he understood the baby was his and he decided that there was no way he would leave a so precious little treasure to an orphan. It had been very hard for them. Sho's family was very rich and almost disowned him but Sho's mother had fallen in love with the little angel whose smile could melt your heart. Sho had made a deal with his parents. They would help him to raise his son if he could get the best results and become a great doctor. As being a doctor was his dream, Sho agreed easily. He couldn't count the times where he had rocked Jun in his arms while learning his lessons of Anatomy or even while feeding his son. Jun was a true angel. As his life was complicated, he had learned to grow up quickly and when the boys of his age were playing around, he would sit on the sofa to read or look at his father working on his lessons.

Despite his studies, Sho never missed anything in Jun's life. His first teeth, his first word, his first steps, his first day at school. They spent lots of time together before Sho started his courses at hospital to choose his future specialty, the surgery. Jun even helped him to learn his lessons by interrogating him.

And 17 years later, they were here. They lived in a big villa and Sho was the best and most famous doctor of Sakura. Several times, he'd been proposed to be the director but Sho had always refused, saying he wouldn't have time for Jun. And surgeries were his passion, he couldn’t stop it just to lead a hospital.

"Sorry, pa'!" Jun ran in the stairs, panting.

"Hey, how many times did I tell you not to force yourself." Sho scowled, stopping his hyperactive son who pouted.

"I'm fine, pa'!"

"Well, don't play with fire." Sho stroked his cheek with a loving smile.

Jun had always had a weak health. He easily got sick and could have very high fevers. It had become Sho's nightmare because as doctor, he had seen many children dying when he worked in the pediatric service. Maybe he overprotected his son but Sho couldn't live without his baby.

"Can I come today?" Jun asked with pleading eyes.

"You shouldn't watch surgeries, you're only 17 years old."Sho sighed.

"I'm old enough. I want to become a doctor as great as you!"

"Have you already decided your specialty?" Sho smiled.

"Yes! I want to be a pediatrician! I want to save children like papa saved me!" Jun exclaimed. Sho's smile faded away, sadness wining his eyes. He was so happy to have Jun but remembering the day where his mother abandoned him was painful.

"You'll make an amazing doctor." Sho wrapped his son in his arms.

"Papa, I'm too old to be hugged!" Jun protested under Sho's laugh.

"You'll always be my baby. Come on, sweetie, the hospital is going to kidnap me if I make them wait too long." Sho joked.

After leaving his son in front of his school, Sho drove quickly toward Sakura.

"Sakurai-sensei!" A nurse called when he entered the hospital. His professional mode on, Sho took a blouse, washed his hands and arms, put his gloves and mask.

"Details of the situation."

"Mamoru Tamaki, 6 years old. A car's accident. His father didn't survive and Aiba-sensei is already in surgery."

"Details of his wounds." Sho ordered, walking in the corridor.

"It seems his body is fine but he has a cranial trauma, Aiba-sensei is working on it."

"Alright. Let's save another life!" Sho exclaimed, entering the surgery room.

"Ah, Sakurai-sensei, right on time."The pediatrician smiled, raising his head from the little patient.

"How is he?" Sho asked, looking at Aiba's expert hands.

"Fine. The blood pressure is good and I'm almost over with this cranial trauma. You should check his mother."

"His mother? His mother was with him?!! Why didn't they tell me?!!!"

"The ambulance just brought her. You should go."

"Thank you Aiba. And good work, like always." Sho praised, making Aiba blush.

"I'm trying to be as good as Sakurai-sensei." Sho chuckled and ran toward the door.

"Details of the wounds!" Sho ordered when they brought a woman who looked in a very bad state.

"Juri Tamaki, 38 years old, car's accident. She has a broken leg and her spine seems touched. She has lost lots of blood and we suspect an internal hemorrhage."

"Blood's group!" Sho ordered.

"A-."

"Shit!"Sho cursed. "Bring her to the room 12, I need blood for a transfusion. Ayama, Satori, with me!"

"Hai, sensei!" The interns exclaimed and followed the doctor toward the room.

"We have to hurry, if she is making a hemorrhage, we could lose her quickly. Scalpel!" With expert movements, Sho palpated the abdomen and frowned. "Shit. We have to stop the hemorrhage, first!"

Even if this kind of situation was horrible for some persons, Sho loved his work. The adrenaline, the panic that you have to control not to make any mistake. And mostly, the moment where you saved a life. There was nothing better than coming to the family to tell them their father, mother, child or grandparent was alive. Of course, you couldn't save everybody but luckily, Sho saved more lives than he lost.

"Cardiac arrest!" Ayama exclaimed.

"Defibrillator! Shit, don't give up!!" Sho hissed, massaging the woman.

"We are losing her!"

"No no no! You have to fight! You have a 6 years old son!!! Don't give up, I forbid you!!! LIVE!!" Sho yelled.

"Sensei, she is gone."

"No! Defibrillator!" Sho ordered, ignoring the sad looks of his interns. "Come on, you can do it!!! You can't leave your son, he needs you!!!" Sho hit the woman's chest.

"She is coming back!!!" Ayama's eyes widened.

"Yes! Come on, your son is waiting for you!" Sho exclaimed, massaging the woman so much that his arms hurt. "Adrenaline!"

"Hai!"

"Her heart beats!"

"Good work, Tamaki-san." Sho smiled in relief.

"Bravo, sensei!"

"I'm going to tell your son that you fought." Sho whispered to the woman and left the room under the intern's adoring eyes.

Sho collapsed on the chair, wiping his forehead. He had saved a life. Nothing could be better. It's why he loved his work. Because he could be useful. He could make shout in happiness the families.

"Good job, sensei."

"You too." Sho grinned when Aiba sat next to him.

"They told me she was dead."

"She fought. Her son won't be left alone." Sho sighed in relief.

"He is only 6 years old. He needs his mother. It's sad his father didn't make it." Aiba whispered sadly.

"Yes. It's what I hate in this job. Not being able to save everybody."

"We are doctors, not Gods, we can't save everybody. Fate can be unfair."

"At least, I have the best pediatrician of Japan with me." Sho smiled, making Aiba blush.

"I..."

"Papa!" A voice exclaimed.

"Jun? What are you doing here?" Sho gasped when his son ran in his arms.

"My teacher is sick and I wanted to watch papa saving lives." Jun grinned.

"You'll have to be nice, ne." Sho patted his son's hair with loving eyes.

"I won't bring shame on you." Jun swore.

"You didn't even greet Aiba-sensei." Sho scowled as Jun was sitting on his lap.

"Hello, Aiba-sensei." Jun smiled, tensing a bit in his father's arms.

"Hi, Jun-kun. How are you?"

"Fine. I work hard to enter the university I want."

"Jun wants to be a pediatrician." Sho said proudly.

"Oh, like me?!" Aiba grinned.

"Yes!"

"You should watch Aiba-sensei's work, he is the best pediatrician of Sakura."

"No. Papa is the best one." Jun said stubbornly.

"Jun, it's not polite to..."

"Don't worry, sensei, Jun is completely right." Aiba nodded.

"Papa is the best! He saves lives everyday and he is good-looking and kind!" Jun looked at his father with adoring eyes.

"You have something to ask me to be so kind today." Sho teased his son.

"No. I'm just saying the truth. Papa is the best in everything except in cook."

"Oi, I've made progresses." Sho protested.

"You don't burn the kitchen anymore." Jun smirked.

"I don't care, I have a little chief at home." Sho smiled, kissing his son's cheek who giggled.

Aiba chuckled, his eyes shining in front of his sexy boss and his cute son. These two seemed very close and it was rare to see a doctor and mostly the chief of the surgery having time for his child. But he knew Sho was exhausted and pushed himself too much. The doctor had dark shadows under his eyes and for being a lot at Sakura, Aiba knew he couldn't sleep a lot because he was often called for emergencies. And though, Sho always took care of his son.

"You're lucky to have a so great papa." Aiba smiled, blushing when Sho looked at him with surprised eyes.

"My papa is the best papa of the world. He saved me and always think about me." Jun grinned.

"He saved you?" Aiba asked.

"Yes, when..."

"Jun, I have to go, I need to check my patients, want to come, honey?" Sho cut his son off.

"Yes! I want to see Toma-chan!" Jun exclaimed, leaving the room with excited eyes.

"He has a crush for Ikuta-kun." Sho chuckled.

"Ikuta-kun is a very courageous boy." Aiba nodded. He really liked his little patient who was fighting for 7 years a cancer.

"Is he better today? I don't know how Jun would react if Toma..."

"Toma is fine. Maybe he will be released in several weeks if his check up is perfect."

"I hope he won't make a relapse. It's very horrible, he is only 17 years old and has spent almost half of his life in hospital." Sho sighed sadly, taking his block note.

"Life can be unfair. By the way, your son is adorable. He seems very mature and clever, his mother should be proud of him." Aiba smiled but bit his lip when sadness invaded Sho's eyes.

"His mother is dead." The doctor whispered.

"I'm so sorry, I shouldn't have asked!" Aiba bowed.

"No, it's okay. It was 17 years ago."

"You're incredible for taking care of a child alone and being a doctor."

"I do my best. I love Jun and my work is very important. As he wants to become a pediatrician, it helped us a lot to get close."

"Doesn't he feel lonely as he hasn't a mama?"

"I guess he does. He is a bit lonely, too mature for the boys of his age. Sometimes, I have the feeling I'm not a good father. I should be able to give him everything he needs."

"You are a very good father. You do your best to make him happy and even if Jun is a bit lonely, I'm sure he would never want to change his life with somebody else."

"Thank you." Sho smiled.

"And maybe Jun is lonely because you also are lonely."

"Well, not many persons are ready to live with a surgeon who spends 18 hours per day at his hospital." Sho chuckled sadly.

"Because they can't understand. You should find someone who shares your passion for the medicine."

"Someone like you?" Sho joked, a playfully smile spreading his lips.

"Someone like me." Aiba nodded without thinking before gasping at his words. "I mean... No... Well, yes... No but..."

"You're cute when you are lost for words, Aiba-sensei." Sho teased.

"Don't tease me."Aiba pouted, though, two shades of pink were growing on his cheeks.

"I'm not. And I would be very happy if you agreed to take a coffee with me."

"With you? You mean... Like you and me?"

"Of course, I see nobody else around us." Sho laughed.

"Well... Yes... I would love to... I mean... I would like to take a coffee with you." Aiba blushed and ran away, almost falling on the ground when his foot hit a trolley.

"So cute." Sho chuckled.

Maybe Aiba was really the person who could understand him. After all, he was good looking, kind, a bit clumsy but it made him even cuter, a very good doctor and mostly loved children.

Yes, maybe Aiba was the good one...

To be continued...

A/N: Hiiiii! Finally, I'm coming back to our dear Sakuraiba xD I missed them, it was about time to write a Sakuraiba xD
So, this fic is a request from Sweetrose501, I hope it's like you wanted it, dear, I've tried to write what you asked :)
So, Sho is very interested in Aiba while Jun will maybe won't agree with his papa xD As pediatrician is the specialty I want to choose later, though, healing children is hard when you know you can't save all of them, I decided Aiba would be great for this role, being with children fits him a lot and Sho is also made to be a papa xD Plus, Aiba was so kakkoi in his blouse in Last hope, I wish him and Sho were my doctors xD
