Part 5:
Moving in Sho's house was a good and bad thing. The good side was that Aiba felt like a real lover and not like some kind of mistress you hid to your wife. But the bad side was Jun. The young boy totally ignored Aiba who was trying with despair to get his attention and be at least his friend. Why couldn't he accept the doctor? And with Jun's trauma, Aiba never dared touching him or approaching him too much. So, Jun was acting as if he didn't exist at all and only talked when his father asked him something. There was a silent war in the villa and Aiba wondered if he would be able to live like that a long time. He loved Sho with all his heart but being hated by his lover's son was a hell.
"Jun, dinner is ready." Aiba called. But no answer came. "Jun?" The doctor knocked on the door and opened it to find Jun next to his window, smocking. "What the fuck?!" Aiba exclaimed, walking toward Jun and taking the cigarette to throw it in the bin.
"How did you dare?!" Jun yelled.
"Are you crazy?! You are smoking in your bedroom, you could create a fire and plus, you are taking this shit when your health is weak!"
"And what? It's not as if someone cared."
"I do and your father too."
"So, what? You'll tell my father that I smoked? Go on, I don't care!" Jun said coldly.
"Jun, how can you be so egoist? I understand you hate me but it would kill your father if something happened to you!"
"He doesn't care about me." Jun shrugged, looking away.
"How can you say that? How can you be so insensitive when you are everything to him."
"Not anymore. He has you."
"So, you're ready to make him suffer because you aren't the center of the world?" Aiba asked sadly.
"We were fine just the two of us, why did you came and messed everything?! Why?!" Jun cried, leaving his bedroom angrily.
"Jun!" Aiba called but the young boy locked himself up in the bathroom.
Aiba collapsed on the sofa, desperate. What could he do? How could he convince Jun to like him? And to convince him that he would never steal him his papa. In all his career, Aiba had never been hated by a child, Jun was the first one and it hurt. He had to find a way to win Jun's heart or the last solution would be to leave Sho and just thinking about it killed him.
"Tadaima." A voice exclaimed.
"Okaeri, Sho-chan." Aiba smiled weakly when his lover kissed him.
"What's wrong?"
"Nothing, just tired." Aiba lied. He could have told Sho about the cigarette but it would have made things worse between him and Jun.
"Where is Jun?"
"In the bathroom, probably taking a shower." Aiba smiled. "Dinner is ready."
"Mmm, it smells good." Sho exclaimed, approaching the plate of food.
"I hope it will be good."
"You're already a true housewife." Sho joked, wrapping his lover from behind.
"Baka." Aiba giggled, moaning softly when a pair of lips kissed his neck.
"I'll eat you after the dinner. You'll be my dessert." Sho whispered hungrily, licking the soft skin.
"Sho... Jun could come..." Aiba moaned.
"If he takes a shower, he is inside for hours." Sho turned him around to kiss him hungrily, sticking the younger against the wall, one of Aiba's leg wrapping his body.
"Excuse me, I don't want to throw up." A cold voice said.
"Jun!" Sho pulled away, blushing. "How are you?"
"Fine." Jun took his plate and left the kitchen.
"Jun, come here immediately!" Sho ordered.
"What?" Jun asked with annoyance.
"First, you could greet me properly and second, where are you going with your plate?"
"In my bedroom."
"Masaki cooked for us, you'll eat with us." Jun gave up when his father looked at him with severe eyes and sat in silence. The dinner went in a cold atmosphere, even Aiba who always tried to cheer it usually, was staring at his plate as if it was the most fascinating thing of the world.
"So... How was your day?" Sho asked.
"Good. Do you remember the baby that born premature?"
"Oh yes, its name is Yuuki if I remember well." Sho nodded.
"He is fine now and will leave the hospital soon."
"Hontou?! It's great, everybody thought he wouldn't survive." Sho exclaimed.
"Well, I've operated him and he will be fine now."
"You managed to operate him?" Sho's eyes widened.
"I don't see what is so extraordinary, it's his job." Jun shrugged.
"Jun is right." Aiba smiled.
"Instead of being nasty, Jun, you should read the case of this baby, it's a miracle he survived, Masaki did great!" Sho frowned.
"Sorry, I had forgotten how amazing and perfect he is." Jun said ironically.
"Jun, enough!" Sho hit the table with his fist.
Gochisou sama deshita." Jun replied and left the table.
"Jun!"
"Sho, let it go, he is tired." Aiba put his hand on the doctor's arm.
"Stop defending him when he acts like a spoilt brat."
"I'm just trying to understand him. For him, I'm stealing his father, it's normal he doesn't accept me."
"No, it's not. He liked you before."
"We lied to him. How would you feel if you were at his place? He trusts you so much and is very close to you and you lied to him. You didn't treat him like an adult able to understand our situation and now, he makes you pay for that."
"How can you still be so kind with him?"
"Because I like him. I know Jun isn't a nasty boy, he only suffers and needs time to accept me." Aiba smiled softly.
"You're amazing, Ma-chan." Sho kissed his lover with a grin.
"I'm trying to prove him I'm not his enemy and that we could form a real family together."
Sho smiled and stood up to hug his boyfriend, kissing and licking his skin hungrily.
"Sho..."
"I want you..."
"I'm exhausted and I have to be at Sakura very early tomorrow." Aiba pushed his lover softly.
"Not fair, it's been a while." Sho pouted.
"Two days aren't that much. But if you are a good boy and save many lives, we'll play tomorrow." Aiba smirked.
"I miss my nurse Masaki." Sho grinned.
"And I need Sakurai-sensei for a complete check of my prostate." The younger giggled.
"I'll check everything tomorrow." Sho's eyes shone with impatience.
****
"Jun?" Sho called when the young boy came home the next day.
"Hun?" Jun mumbled, joining his father in the living room.
"We have to talk."
"About what?"
"About this little thing." Sho raised his hand to show the cigarette from the previous day.
"I was sure Aiba would tell you." Jun rumbled.
"Because he knew?" Sho asked angrily. "He didn't tell me anything, in fact, I found it in your bedroom."
"You rummaged through my bedroom?!!!" Jun screamed angrily.
"Yes, because your attitude worries me."
"How did you dare?! You hadn't the right!" Jun cried.
"I had to. The proof is here, Jun." Sho raised the cigarette.
"I do what I want, I'm almost 18 years old, I'm an adult!"
"Then, act like an adult!" Sho yelled, making Jun jump. His father had never screamed at him. "You are smocking these shits when you perfectly know it's bad for your health! Do I have to remember you how fragile your lungs are?! Are you stupid or do you want to die?!"
"You wouldn't even see it." Jun replied.
"How can you say that?! I've sacrificed everything for you! I've sacrificed my free time, my nights to raise you and to be a good father! And I've also sacrificed my love life because you're a brat who hates seeing me happy with someone else! You're egoist!" Sho cried before gasping when he realized what he had said. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean my words, I..."
"Why didn't you abandon me, then?" Jun lowered his head, tears rolling down his cheeks. "Why did you agree to raise me instead of giving me to an orphan like mama wanted to do?"
"How..."
"I know it for a long time. I heard you talking about it to baa-chan. I'm sorry if I've made you unhappy, I never asked to born." Jun sobbed.
"Jun, I'm sorry, I..." But Jun grabbed his bag and left the house, slamming the door.
The doctor grabbed his head with both hands, inhaling deeply. He regretted his words so much. He didn't even mean it, Jun had never spoilt his life but the anger had made him say horrible things to his son.
"I'm the worst." Sho whispered. The doctor tried to call his son but Jun never answered and even switched his phone off. How could he erase what he had said? Aiba was right, he had never tried to understand his son. He had never asked him why he was rejecting Aiba like that. There was certainly a reason for his weird behavior but he had just accused his son to be an egoist. And why Jun had always acted as if he didn't know for his mother? "I've spoilt everything." Sho sobbed.

"Jun, what are you doing here? Why are you crying?" Nino gasped when he found the boy in front of his door.
"Uncle Kazu..." Jun sobbed, letting the older wrap him in his arms.
"Come on, Satoshi is inside and I'll prepare you a tea." Nino said softly, leading him toward the big living room.
"Where is uncle Toshi?"
"In his studio. He is painting since yesterday night and didn't even sleep. This old man will be the death of me one day." Nino sighed in despair, making Jun chuckle.
"Can I go?"
"Of course." Nino smiled. Jun nodded gratefully and knocked on the door before entering when he heard a soft 'come in'.
"Uncle Satoshi?"
"Jun, what's wrong?" Ohno frowned, seeing his nephew's crying face.
"Papa hates me and it's my fault." Jun sobbed.
"Ma ma ma, your father will never hate you. Come on, I need a pause, we can talk in the living room." Ohno wiped his hands full of paint and followed the boy in the living room, sitting on the big sofa. "Tell me."
"I had a fight with papa because he found a cigarette in my bedroom."
"You smoke?!" Ohno gasped.
"No. I just tried but it hurt."
"Jun, your lungs are fragile, you shouldn't have tried." Ohno sighed.
"I know. I just... I didn't think. I don't know why I'm acting like that..."
"What does Sho said?"
"He scowled me hard. And he said I was egoist and that he had sacrificed his life for me." Jun sobbed.
"Jun, I'm sure he didn't mean it." Ohno wrapped his nephew in his arms.
"He is right. I spoil everything. He sacrificed everything to raise me, he didn't abandon me like mama and how do I thank him? By making him unhappy."
"How..."
"I heard him talking about mama to baa-chan."
"When?"
"Last year. He lied to me all this time but I wasn't angry because I know he did it not to make me unhappy. It's hard to learn your own mother was ready to throw you in the street. It's hard to learn that you were just an accident and weren't desired." Jun whispered.
"Honey, I know Sho hadn't planned to have a child so early but I'm sure about one thing." Ohno cupped Jun's face, wiping his tears. "Even if you were an accident, you are Sho's most beautiful and happy accident."
"I don't want to go home, uncle Satoshi."
"You can stay here, I'll call Sho to tell him you'll sleep here for a while."
"Thank you."
"Kazu, I let him to you, I have to call my dear brother." Ohno said sweetly, the sign he was angry but kept everything inside.
"Come on, Jun, I have a new game I wanted to try with you." Nino wrapped Jun's shoulders. "Don't be too harsh on him, he does his best." Nino whispered in his lover's ear.
"I know." Ohno smiled sleepily.
But soon, Jun and Nino heard Ohno's angry voice scowling Sho through the phone. Nino smiled apologetically.
"Don't worry, he just tries to make your father react."
"I didn't even know he was able to scream."
"When he is very angry, he can but it's very rare. He prefers to sulk." Nino smirked.
"I don't want he yells at papa."
"He won't yell to say nasty things. Don't worry, everything will be all right." Nino patted Jun's head.
"I'm sorry for being nasty with your brother. Why don't you hate me?"
"Because first, you are my nephew and I love you. And also because it's none of my business. As much as I love Masaki, this problem is between him, you and Sho."
"Thank you, uncle Kazu."
"It will be all right." Nino smiled, rocking the young boy in his arms.
