Chapter 1:

Sho raised his Ray-Ban sunglasses on his nose, ignoring the happy shouts around him as he was entering the large building. His bodyguards protected him from the crazy fans around them. It was the same thing everyday since he started singing. Those crazy girls who were just killing his ears with their loud and stupid "kyaaaaa." Why couldn't they act normally? Why couldn't they come and smile or say hello like the polite people they were meant to be?

"Sho, Takeda-san is waiting for you!" his manager exclaimed, trying to keep the same rhythm than the rapper.

"He will wait then. I'm busy."

"But..."

"I have more important things to do than seeing this asshole. So please, Ohno, leave me alone!" Sho snapped, leaving a sighing Ohno behind him. The manager knew he would be blamed for Sakurai's mood again. This man was making his life a living hell but as he loved his job, Ohno decided not to ever let Sho go.

"Shachou..." Ohno stated as his boss approached him.

"Where is Sakurai?"

"He had something urgent to do. He will come back after he is done."

"That brat! You are meant to watch over him, Ohno. I don't pay you for being the carrier pigeon!"

"I'm sorry."

"That fucking brat is only 26 years old and thinks he can do what he wants!"

"Sorry, shachou." Ohno lowered his head.

"He is lucky he is that famous because I would have fired him a long time ago," the boss barked.

"I'll bring him to you immediately!"

"Yes or you'll be the one that I'll fire! Tell him to bring his ass in my office in 5 minutes or he can say goodbye to his next summer tour."

"Hai!" Ohno bowed deeply and left quickly, thinking about a way to convince the rapper to come with him.

The manager found Sho in a room, fucking a member of the staff roughly. So, that was his emergency... It was disgusting. Not the fact he was fucking a man, but how he was doing it. Without any love or kindness, no strokes or words of love: just sex. Rough sex, as if he was fucking an object.

"Hrmm." Ohno coughed, making Sho jump and turn his head. A smirk appeared on the rapper's lips who fucked his victim of the day faster and harder, not caring about his manager. With a growl, Sho released and pulled away, buttoning his jeans.

"Good view?"

"Takeda-san wants to see you immediately," Ohno said, not caring about Sho's provocation.

"That ojii-chan pisses me off."

"And that ojii-san, like you said, is paying you a lot. He will cancel your next summer tour if you don't hurry up and start to respect him more," Ohno snapped, not standing the rapper's arrogant attitude anymore.

"Calm down puppy. I'm coming. So... Whatever-your-name-is, it was great. Thank you." Sho said to the man who was still here.

"And don't you dare forget this interview, Sakurai or you'll be fired!"

"Fuck you," Sho muttered while leaving his boss's office.

"I've called Yuichi-san. He is waiting for you," Ohno said.

"Good dog," Sho said sarcastically before entering the van.

Sho hated when he had to come back home. He was still living at his parent's place for certain reasons. Sho would have loved to leave but as cruel as he looked, he could definitely not leave his reason to live. Grumbling a 'tadaima' to his parents, Sho climbed the stairs to ran in his little brother's bedroom.

"Jun, how are you baby?" Sho grinned to his brother who was hidden in his cupboard as always. The young boy grinned but didn't answer, holding out his arms to Sho who raised him in his arms. Jun buried his face in his brother's neck, letting the older kiss his cheek tenderly. "Have you eaten?" Jun shook his head, his eyes showing he was waiting for the rapper to come home. "Okay then, let's go!" The 17 years old boy nodded and followed his brother toward the kitchen where Sho prepared him something he would like. "So, how was your day?" Jun shrugged, indicating that everything went normal. "Have you made any friends?" Sho asked, sitting in front of his brother who shook his head. "Junny, you should try to talk with someone." Sho sighed, stroking Jun's cheek softly. Again, no answer. This silence started 7 years ago for unknown reasons and wasn't going to stop.

"Why do you keep talking to him? He will never answer," their father snapped.

"He will. He will when he's ready!" Sho replied angrily, wanting to punch the man in front of him. His father disgusted him. Anytime he saw him looking at Jun, anger came and he had to contain himself to not kill the bastard.

"He is just a burden, no more. I should put him in a clinic."

"Dare to do that and I'll rip your balls!" Sho yelled.

"Sho!!" their mother shouted.

"What?! Don't tell me you agree with him? Jun is traumatized, not crazy. He needs love and help to overcome his fears!"

"We don't even know why he can't speak! He is just a burden!" Shouta snapped, looking at Jun as if he was a freak.

"Jun!" Sho screamed when Jun put his hands on his ears and ran away from the kitchen. "You are two monsters," Sho spat and went to chase after his brother.

"Junny Jun?" Sho called softly, entering his bedroom. He knew his brother would be hidden in his cupboard, rocking his body back and forth. "Jun, come on, baby." Sho held out his hand to his crying brother who took it after some seconds. "Hey. I'm here, sweetie. I won't let them take you away from me." Sho whispered while rocking his brother in his arms. Jun held out his finger to Sho who smiled and understood. "Yes, pinkie promise. I love you, my Jun." Sho whispered. The rapper coaxed his brother from out of the cupboard, laid him on his bed and slipped into bed next to him. The younger immediately clung to his brother, their bodies sticking together like glue. "What happened to you, Jun?" Sho whispered when his brother fell asleep, stroking his soft black hair lovingly. "I will discover what happened and will give you your smile back, teddy." Sho kissed his brother's forehead before falling asleep.

****

"Cut!" The producer yelled.

"Perfect, five minutes!"

Sho nodded and joined the staff for his make-up, ignoring their bows and sitting with a cold look on his face. Sho sat in the chair and stared at his reflection, thinking about a way to make Jun talk again. Why does his little treasure build this wall of silence around him? Why did he always looked so scared anytime someone was screaming?

"You're doing great, Sho-kun. Good work." Ohno smiled.

"It's just my job." Sho shrugged.

"This afternoon, there is a meeting with your fans to sign some autographs."

"I'm busy. I can't."

"It's a part of your work. You can't skip it."

"I said I have some things to do!" Sho barked.

"Like what? Fucking one of your dolls?" Ohno replied, pissed off at the problems the rapper was bringing to him.

"I..." Sho's phone rang. "Yes?" Ohno blinked when the singer's face paled, his hand clenching on the phone. "I'll be here in ten minutes." Sho hung up and stood up quickly, pushing the staff away.

"What are you doing?! The movie..."

"Listen, I don't fucking care about your movie, I have an emergency!" Without waiting for an answer, Sho left with Ohno running behind him. The manager gasped when Sho opened the car without asking for a driver, worry painted on his face.

"You know how to drive?"

"Of course!" Sho replied while starting the car.

"Too fast!" Ohno whined, his hands gripping his seat as Sho was driving furiously.

"Shut up!" After five minutes, Sho parked the car in front of what looked like a college and left without caring about his manager.

"What the fuck?" Ohno mumbled, following the rapper.

"Jun!!!" Ohno blinked when Sho screamed the name with so much despair and saw him running toward a young boy who was curled up in a ball in a corner with a woman trying to approach him. "Baby, what happened?!" The young boy almost jumped in the rapper's arms, crying silently. "Here. I'm here, teddy, calm down." Sho whispered while stroking his hair.

"A group of student bullied him and since he doesn't let us approach him..." the woman explained.

"Where were you when it happened?! He is fragile. He needs to be protected," Sho snapped.

"We can't keep an eye on all our students, Sakurai-san."

"Hey, baby, calm down. I'll bring you home. It's over."

Ohno stared at the scene in front of him with shocked eyes. He had never seen Sakurai showing so much kindness toward someone. It was as if this boy was the most precious thing of the world. Sho was kissing his temple and whispering comforting words to the boy while rocking him in his arms. Who was this guy that Sakurai seemed to treasure more than anything?

"Come on, teddy." Sho helped the boy to stand up and keeping him against his chest and led him toward the car. "I'll bring you home after he falls asleep," Sho said to Ohno before starting the car.

Sho drove in silence, throwing looks toward the young boy on the back seat and ignoring Ohno's lost look on him. The manager was wondering what was going on. Who was this kid? Why does the heartless Sakurai Sho turn into a loving and protecting man with this young boy? When they stopped in front of a big house, Ohno's eyes widened. He knew Sho's parents were rich but not that well off. Since the singer didn't say anything, the manager followed them in the house.

"Tadaima." Sho mumbled.

"What are you doing here?" A woman appeared, not even greeting her son or the manager.

"Jun's school called me."

"What has he done this time?!" A masculine voice snapped.

"Father, not now. I have to put him in bed." Sho replied.

"Stop treating him like a baby while he is 17!"

"And you stop acting as if everything is normal! He needs help!"

"He is just a freaking piece of shit!!" Ohno gasped when a strong fist hit Sho's father.

"Don't ever say that again!! You're the one who is a shit!!"

"Sho! How dare you?!" The mother yelled.

"As for him, how does he dare spit on his own son like that?! Jun isn't a freak nor is he a piece of shit!!!" Sho shouted angrily.

"Sho..." Ohno whispered.

"What?! Mind your own business!"

“Look...” Sho followed his manager's gaze, which landed on his brother. He saw the effect of the fighting was having on Jun and realized that needed to handle the situation smoothly.

"Jun, calm down!" Sho implored, wrapping his crying brother in his arms. The manager helped him to make Jun climb the stairs and followed them in a bedroom. "Here, Junny. It's over. Papa won't yell anymore." Sho whispered when Jun laid on the bed. The young boy grabbed his brother's hand tightly, his body shaking with his silent sobs. Sho started to hum a song, far away from his usual rap. His voice resounded softly in the room. "I love you, my boo," Sho whispered before kissing Jun's cheek.

"What does he have?" Ohno asked when the young boy fell asleep.

"Jun lost his voice when he was 10 years old. He was always a smiling child, laughing and spreading happiness around him. We have always been like twins except that I'm ten years older than him. He would follow me like a puppy, wanting to do everything I was doing. Jun even said he wanted to marry me when he was 5 years old," Sho chuckled. "But one day, he changed. I remember this day as if it was yesterday. He slowly started to act differently. He wasn't laughing and smiling like before and lost his appetite. Sometimes, he was skipping class and they found him in a corner crying. Then something happened. He disappeared for one week and we found him in front of the house with ripped clothes and cuts all over his face and body. He hasn't said a word since we found him," Sho explained softly, kissing his brother's hand.

"And you don't know what happened to him?"

"No. We asked him but he never answered. My parents sent him to the best psychologists but nothing changed. Now, I'm trying to protect him as much as I can and to defend him against my parents."

"Is it the reason why you often leave early?"

"Hun. I always pick him up at school and today, some students bullied him again. He isn't stupid. In fact, he is very clever but nobody can approach him besides me. Jun is always suffering alone, locked in his prison of silence," Sho wiped his eyes as tears were now rolling down his cheeks.

"You love him a lot."

"More than my own life. Jun is everything for me. He is my baby even if he isn't a kid anymore."

"Then don't say he is alone because he has you," Ohno said softly.

"But I can't always protect him and he doesn't have any friends. He needs to have a true life, one where he is not being rejected by everyone because they don't understand him or are scared of him."

"I could help you."

"How? Why would you help me? You hate me," Sho chuckled.

"I don't hate you. Okay, you're impossible but now, I understand why. You said everybody rejects your brother but you also reject everyone else. Let me help you, please."

"How?"

"I have a friend who could help your brother."

"I have to think about it," Sho whispered.

"Okay. I'll let you, then."

"I can bring you home."

"No, it's okay. Don't worry." Ohno smiled.

"Ohno-san?" Sho asked when the manager opened the door.

"Hun?"

"Thank you."

"We always need someone by our side," Ohno smiled. Sho sighed and slipped in the bed, his brother automatically hugging him. Maybe Ohno was right, maybe he should accept this hand his manager was holding out to him.

"I'll always protect you, my Jun."

****

"Sho-kun?" Ohno asked the next day.

"Hun?"

"How is Jun-kun?"

"Better. He was smiling a bit when I left him at school this morning." Sho beamed.

"Good. If you need to leave earlier today, don't hesitate."

"But you'll have problems."

"I'll deal with it. I told you I would support you." Ohno chuckled.

"Thanks," Sho mumbled, looking away to hide his smile.

"So, do your best today!"

"Hai," Sho nodded, his cold mask falling a bit for Ohno's happiness.

The manager grinned as the day passed, Sho was acting less cold and was listening seriously to the advice of the others. He had stopped vanishing to fuck with random guys. Sho truly looked calmer, as if sharing this weight with his manager had helped him. Some of the staff were shocked by this change of attitude, enjoying the view of a smiling Sho who looked less like a Yankee. Sakurai was slowly breaking the shell of frigidness and hate that were protecting him.

***

"This boy really needs help.” Ohno thought to himself. He sighed while taking a beer from his fridge. With satisfaction on his face, he was about to enjoy the cold beverage when his doorbell made him jump. Soon, the manager's smile vanished when he saw Sakurai with his brother on his back. "Sho-kun?"

"You said you would help me," Sho's voice broke and it's at this moment that Ohno realized Jun and Sho were bleeding.

"Come in, hurry up!" The manager helped Sho to lay Jun on the sofa. The young boy was in a bad state, his face was covered by bruises and his lip, cut while Sho had a big bruise next to his mouth. Ohno brought his first aid kit to treat the boy's wounds. Sho followed all his movements with a panicked face.

"What happened? Who did that to you two?" Ohno asked.

"My father..." Sho whispered, his fists clenching.
