The way Nino was talking to Sho.....it could be he already knows what a good relationship is....he just needs to see his for what it really is. So i wonder if Sho will talk to Ohno as one friend and company owner to another? Wonder what happened to Jun?! Nagase thinks Aiba is the cause.....did he get drunk and get hurt?
