And I know a bunch of people on my flist are going. Who'll be there? Who wants to cross paths at some point? And does anybody perhaps have a spot in a hotel room that they're looking to fill? I hold out about a 1% hope that the friends I was considering staying with will actually get their shit together and both go, not to mention the hotels are

I'll be there. I'm not adverse to crossing paths, but sadly, I can't offer you a place to sleep because I'm at the mercy of others myself. ^^;;
