even though I dispise microsoftt with a passion I am leaning about 90% toward getting an xbox 360 so that I can see what is so good about it. My reasoning behind it is I will be able to sell it back to EB games for atleast 200 come november so that way I will only have to pay about 100-150 to get my PS3. I believe by than I should have found out

It's alright. I've played on it a couple of times and i don't see what the big deal about it is. It's not so amazing that it melts your face like what i've heard people say.

I'm also waiting for the PS3 and Metal Gear Solid 4, Guns of the Patriots :). That game is going to kick so much ass.

I had a 360 and it sucked ass...namely cause it froze all the damn time. We took it back. (thats what you get for buying the first line of Microsoft products)

I wouldnt mind an Xbox though...namely for Morrowwind, Fable, Knights of the Old Republic and who could forget Halo?

hahahahahaha you are very VERY optimistic about the price of the ps3, espessaly b/c the price in eruope is said to be about 650 bucks, and if you did want to fully experence the next gen graphics you will need a high def tv. and dont let the others spoil the 360 with games like Gears of war on the horizen, you should wait a month till after e3 and see the upcomeing games for the 360 and sony should announce a price for the ps3 (so you can see if you need to start saveing up now) and also nintendo should be showing lots of stuff on the revolution. thats just my view on it

that price in eurpoe was a mistake, I know what you are talking abotu and they talked about it online yesterday and the person who said 650 was mistaken, he translated what was said wrong. it will be no more than 450, most likely 400.

plus, I make about 300 a week sometimes more and some less, so take that and multiply it by 6 months. Lets say about 30 more paydays, so give or take 9000. I will have more than enough.

I will have more than enough for a nice HD TV from Fry's since I work there, and I will get over 500 bucks off of it from employee discount. Trust me, I have thought about this for the last two months on how to do everything. I have planned it down to a T.
