The Descent into terror

To recap, I have not written in this thing in about a month and I think now would be a fitting time seeing as how I just got back from seeing an amazing movie.

Now the horror genre has been somewhat skewed in recent years to produce movies purly for shock value and than be called best horror movie ever.

Saw III and Hostel II. This year. Woo. Pulse looks gay.

I'll check out Decent though...

And The Fountain looks amazing. Its Darren Arnofsky(sp?) but it kinda looks sorta Kubriky. And The Scoop by Woody Allen looks like fun.

You're lucky, living down in Austin, alot more films get to go your way.

Yeah, but this one will probably illaberate more on the Business...but Im skipping it. It wouldnt be a hard sequel to make...really it would be easy and with the it made $47.2 million after Being budgeted at just $4.5 million (Wikipedia).

Dunno. I really like a good horror film, but very few are made. Actually only like 1 in 150 are actually worth seeing (and I doubt Im exacterating)

My favorite is The Shining...but its not scary...I just love Kubrick and Alien is frickin sweet.'

Check out A Scanner Darkly. Its worth seeing.

Bunch of my friends said The Decent sucked and wasn't anything special. Perhaps i'll check it out just to say i saw it.

Saw III! I can't wait.
