stealthflower, you would have been well impressed my my efforts over the weekend. I cooked roast chicken, potatoes, pumpkin and grilled eggplant & capsicum for 15 friends on friday night. It tasted beautiful. Sunday night i had a friend round and did Pesto Chicken Pasta - yum. Damn, my kitchen rocks.
