So. Much. Snow. So. Deep. So. Fresh.
Wow. I have never skied in powder this deep-it started snowing last night and continued all through the day today. Apparently this is the best early season Big Sky has had in a long while, if not ever. In some ways, I'm more comfortable on skis than I am walking normally. I often forget this. I need to find a way to be here in Montana more often, though preferably with friends. I'm dreaming a white Xmas vacation...
Just like the ones from recent years have not been. Apparently the snow is better this year, though.
Anyway, my flight leaves from LaGuardia at 6:00 PM tonight, thence to Minneapolis, and on to Bozeman.
I will probably post again once I arrive. -
