I cannot fucking believe my bosses. I got called for my latest monthly appraisal and here's what happened

I had that once. I was doing great in a job and I was told that I would definately be transferred to a permanant job. (A couple of weeks before the quote was "You'd have to punch the boss in the face for us to not take you on permenantly". I didn't do that) Without prior warning I get told that they will extend the probation period at the first appraisal. Suddenly a merger comes in (I can't remember if this happened just before or after the appraisal, but the timing was conveniently close anyway). They then keep me around on a probationary contract for a while, wanting to transfer me to a different department. That falls through and the only guy in that area is made redundant so they keep me around to train new people to do my job and then suddenly let me go. This was years ago when I was a lot less experianced and they replaced me with 4 people. All of them were more experianced and paid a lot more money. The work load was huge and they complained I wasn't able to keep up with it, I was expected to do it all and yet they

And maybe the problem is that there ears are filled with wax or maybe they should get there ears checked. God i'd be so tempted to say that to them. And what do u mean your on probation, i dont understand what that means in work terms. Sorry hun, u no u got a ditzy girlfriend.
And i hate seeing u upset! Awwww... poor darlin. I really do feel for u. You do, do a good job. I no your very smart and clever and if they cant see that, then its there problem and there'll lose a good worker. If u leave and get a new job. There'll prob beg ya back after seeing that no one can do that more then u.

hey, thats not good what u have been told, but i don't think they can sack u because u talk quite and don't go to social events. maybe you should look for another job and if u really want to do that, maybe u should hold onto ur tax rebate for a bit in case u need it inbetween jobs, like if u have to work a month before being paid. worth thinking bout that hey.
