First off, I have a pet peeve, and that pet peeve is when developers have no concept whatsoever of watershed/water tables and design stuff however without any consideration of the fact that when it rains the water will not drain and instead create mini-lakes uncrossable by a ford mustang (you tried to ford Kessler Bl and your mustang died)
