Webzines are probably more conducive to running comics than a lot of printed mags. AntipodeanSF, for example, has run the occasional comic (they don't do it every issue, but I suspect that's because they're not getting a regular supply of them.)

It probably depends if you're looking for a paid publication, or for exposure. (Obviously, exposure is likely to be an easier sell.) It's possibly worth looking through the 'Humour' listing on Ralan's Webstravaganza .

Cool cartoon, btw! (Well, 'cool' is probably the wrong word in view of the image content, but you get my drift...)

Don't submit it tp anyone, set up your own site like XKCD, and start selling t-shirts and coffee mugs thru it!
