Matthew had woke up after several hours of peaceful sleep filled with beautiful dreams of a future life with Isabeau and lots of children.  Propping himself on one elbow he watched his wife sleep peacefully, knowing that in this room she was safe from all the commotion that was outside.

When his cell phone first rang, Xander tried to burrow closer to Jerry and ignore it, until he realized it was Mouse's ringtone. If he didn't anser, she'd just play brat and keep dialing, so he reached over and flipped it open. "Go'way, Mouse, I'll call you later." He mock growled.

"It's not Isabeau, Xander." Matthew said quietly as he found a chair to sit in. "It's Matthew and I think we need to talk."

Xander was instantly awake. "Has something happened to Izzy?" All he could think of was the weird dream he'd had of a little mouse running away from something big dark and evil.

"Its been a very long night for all concerned." Matthew said softly and rubbed his eyes as he proceeded to tell Xander about Isabeau, Raziel and most importantly Corbin Masters. He knew there were things he was leaving out but they had either not been told to him or his memories had been manipulated. Finally he paused then added quickly. "Oh and by the way, she and I flew out and got married tonight. Guess that makes you my brother-in-law now."
