Carlos thought it over for a minute before answering. "Have you tried asking the two of them why? I mean they communicated with you pretty well before they were born, maybe they'll explain it to you."

"She just smiles and Sam says he can't say." He growled. "Even the 'I'm your father and you have to tell me' doesn't work. It just sends them both into fits of laughter." He shook his head in slight amusement mixed with jealousy. "She hasn't said anything but I think Molly, the Nanny, can communicate with them better than Isabeau or myself."

"So ask her what they've told her and see if she can get them to tell her."

"You don't think I haven't already tried that?" Matthew snapped then took a deep breath. "Sorry. I shouldn't even be worried." He sighed. "Molly won't even admit that she talks to them. Well, not like that anyway."
