Now that Izzy had gotten a good handle that weird gift of hers she made certain to lock down everything so she didn't accidentally peek into anyone's mind, especially not Matthew's. It was very important to her that people who did know what she could do were comfortable with the fact that she wouldn't without a dire need.

"Oh?" She raised an eyebrow with a grin as she perched on Matthew's thighs. "Buying something for one of your girlfriends, darling?"

"Not for a girlfriend." He grinned and picked up a remote, filling the large screen with various streams of the workmen scurrying around the almost finished home. "Do you think Xander and Jerry will like it?"
