Christmas in KL was cool, and I think I had my best New Year's Eve ever this time in Singapore. Well, just got back from Sheppard AFB in Wichita Falls, Texas. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be down there, in fact there was a Japanese steak house/sushi bar right outside my hotel that i went to a couple of times. Despite what the Calendar says, it isn't really officially Spring in DC until the first nice weekend. This weekend is when people no longer have trepidation about the temperature swings, and you can see that in the way people dress. Back in the days of yore, when people could put a code on their AA page and you could see EVERYONE who came to your page...Then such AA notables as Derek, Jen, Erika, Keith, and others (ok I participated too) would BOMB people's pages with 100s of hits overloading the servers so they blocked the code.
