I really hope I don't come of as an ass, but you shield Julie from too much too often. If anyone can't handle a little but off nudity (of all things) or references to sex then how can they handle the world outside of thier house?

Seriously, lighten up just a tad. You can't hold her hand and cover her eyes forever.

You're right to some extent, I think that she does need to come to terms with today's world more, but that wasn't the point I was making, the point was that Rick was doing her a discourtesy by showing her things that he knows she doesn't like. I don't cover her eyes either, I just try to find some balance of protectiveness and poking her to grow. Besides, she has the rest of her life to get used to the world, and as much as I'd like to see her come to terms with how the world is, it's her right as a person to choose what she watches and what she doesnt, and whether she accepts the world as it is. In any case, I was pretty much pissed because Rick made her cry.
