Yeah steak!! Eye of something. Very nice. Bored, so I mention what I had for dinner... Topped with a nice gravy (lumpy this time as I was impatient)... This time I fried it at high heat, was worried I was burning the butter though so I cut it kinda short. Still quite juicy and rare in the middle, just how I like it! Yum!! 14oz of beef for dinner,
