it was uncomfortable. chopping the garlic, melting the butter, and turning the heat to low in order to simmer the two together. after placing the filets in the pan, it was almost sickening seeing how fast it was done. the meat turned from pink to white in a matter of seconds. a few turns and dashes of basil later, i was ready to eat my first meat- ( Read more... )
