I have mixed feelings about all this "snowpocalypse" craziness. I think it's an odd combination of jealousy and.. whatever the opposite of jealousy is. Pride? Not exactly. I guess I would describe it as "wanting other people to be jealous of me ( Read more... )

Rubbing the warm weather in our faces, eh?

Snow is good when it's like 2-3 inches. It's enough to sled in but not enough to shut down highways.

haha, no, not my intent. But I did just go outside and I take back my conflicting feelings. Sunny FL is good enough for me.

Hmm, same here.. that's really the reason I stayed here. I wasn't originally that excited about it but I think it ended up being best.

My classes for Friday, Monday, and now Tuesday have all been canceled. (We are getting another 10+ inches tomorrow) Viewed from that perspective, snow is great. Viewed from the perspective that the roads are very dangerous and boredom is setting in, snow is not so hot.
