Concert Question

Do you look up set lists before concerts or do you like to be surprised?

For me, it depends on how well I know the source material. I’m not a huge Rush fan (they are growing on me), but I’m seeing them tomorrow night at the State Fairgrounds, so I looked up the set list ahead of time to become more familiar with the songs they’ll be playing.

I never do. I like to be surprised when I go to a concert. Plus, pretty much every band I've ever seen live I'm 99% sure has played a slightly different set for each concert. Or, at least mixed up some of the songs. For example, the concert tonight, I just looked up and found this setlist online, which is very different than what I saw. They played the same songs, but not even the opening/closing numbers are the same.

And I think it's fun to be surprised. =D
