Agreed. I think we (me and Jesse) were actually saying something to the same idea the other day. Heh. Family Guy is teh best. Then again, it's pretty easy to laugh at the expense of a fictional stupid white middle class overweight man... but I guess that's the point. Furthermore, I absolutely love the satire/cynicism in that show. It is very well done.
just the part about walking around with an undeserved sense of accomplishment is the most perfectly worded phrase for that guy. it's so ridiculous, although sometimes i wish the creators would come out and share their views for people who don't understand the offensive jokes are not made to be taken seriously
Well, the thing is... I just think some people don't understand how satire works. So obviously they're going to be upset if a show is suggesting something that seems preposterous (a la Swift's A Modest Proposal) but the point is that it exposes the ridiculousness of approaching things one way or another. That's a bad description of satire. But you're a smart guy, I think you know what I mean.
Oh I've seen that

I've seen the family guy thing before. I like it though. I liked the last part, too. Too bad ED is over-no more note passing. I rather enjoyed playing 'little known fact.'
Hope you are having a WONDERFUL day. Jenny p.s. Little known fact: People who refrain from shaving live on average 3 months 2 days and 7 hours longer than those who do shave regularly.

the little known fact game is the only invention i've ever been proud of. we can still pass notes, but it will have to be through the post office which is actually a little less lame anyway. and who doesn't like mail? i do.
your little known fact has seriously made me wonder if it's true. either you looked that up or you're very good at the game.
little known fact, the amount of stress from school actually causes hair to grow at faster rates during adolesence.
