A review from the Theater I worked at.

I just read this review from a theater I worked at two years ago. I feel like this person really misunderstood the point of the event. There's a lot of things I find wrong about this review but it's kind of funny that it's so insane.

Red Carpet --- RIP OFF
by mccwho at Citysearch
I bought 2 tickets to your red carpet event. Your site said it stated at 8:00 but the doors were open at 6:00.
So when we arrived and found nothing but crumbs left and nothing else was included with the RIDICULOUS price of admission. We were shocked and EXTREMELY disappointed (angry). The other drinks were inflated and the soft drinks were the same price as going to a movie. You were so cheap as to not even include popcorn, with this $20.00 ticket (only water, HA !!!!) WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!!! The program you displayed was not even commercial free. It looks like I could have stayed home and watched it on my big screen and saw the same thing. I feel like I have been duped and ripped off. We got NO food, NO drinks, Nothing. I will give you a VERY bad rating for this con. Shortly (about 15min.) after arriving we decided that we were hungry and left to go home so we could have some real food and watch the same program on TV for free. Your event was and is a total waste of money

IF you wanted people to be there at 6:00 then you should have said it starts at 6:00 not 8:00. Or at the very least make sure there is food there for the entire event, like how it is normally done by professional event planers. Not the pitiful excuse of empty containers that were displayed and presented to us.

I give you a very big thumbs down!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I WILL NOT return to your theater and I WILL tell as many people as I can NOT to attend your theater, ex-specially for this thing, if you try it again. I hope you made a lot of money from it and feel good about ripping people off.

I would like my money back!!!!!
Pros: Not friendly, employees seem indifferent, dirty.
Cons: Easy to find

I particularly like the pros and cons, since they seem to be the opposite of what the reviewer means. Also, our staff was not indifferent, especially on the night of this event where we were all dressed up and busy all night. We actually didn't make much money off it.

But my favorite part was that they called us "dirty". I laughed really hard at my desk. We weren't dirty and were cleaned up really nice that night. I'm going to look for more reviews of places I've worked.
